What an interesting ad...I wish I could eat icecream everyday before a meal and lose weight. :)

Good luck with the two weeks. I think that's a great idea. I really should do that too. I need to get more fresh foods - fruit and veggies- into my diet.

Keep us posted on how it goes!

David went off added sugar a while ago and it makes a huge difference to him. I go off chocolate and caffeine and a lot of sugary things everytime
i have a nursing baby and it doesn't seem to make that much of a difference. Different chemistry I guess.

I'm in the same boat with the sugar thing. It hasn't been a problem until the last couple of years. Aargh.
