I love, LOVE this post! Thank you so much for addressing this. This world is filled more and more with a sense of entitlement (selfishness). The wealthiest people I know are the ones who go about bringing joy to others. I agree clinical depression is different than unhappiness, but it still easies it a bit when it's possible to open the shades and have the energy to do for others around. I give your post 5 stars!! Thank you!


Thanks for the post. I am struggling with what is essential right now and how much I can push my body. Should I go 'til I hurt, until I need to sit down, or quit before then so I don't yell at my kids because I feel awful. It is difficult to find the balance. Thanks for reminding me that it is always difficult to find this balance, because the center point keeps shifting. That is how we grow.
